杨校长从事教育行业近三十年，曾在浙江省重点高中和2019胡润百强学校排名第十的广东省知名K12国际学校担任教师、学生主任、CAS总协调员、个性化教育中心主任及学校核心管理团队成员。
她有18年IB教育教学经验，并精通其他国际课程的实施与要求。这宝贵的国际教育历程赋予了她顶层设计的全局观、别具匠心的创造力和海纳百川的国际视野。
杨校长在个性化教育方面有独到建树，她坚持教育的价值在于唤醒每一个孩子心中的潜能的理念，并帮助每一个孩子找到隐藏在他们体内的特殊使命和注定要做的那件事。
十几年来她主导的培养学生赢在未来的领导力课程，不仅让学生“胸有青云志，雏鹰羽渐丰”，同时还获得了广泛的社会影响力与极高的家长认可度。

Linlin Yang has been engaged in education for nearly 30 years and has been a teacher, student director, CAS general coordinator, director of individualized education center and member of school core management team in a key senior high school in Zhejiang Province and a well-known K12 international school in Guangdong Province which ranked 10th in Hunrun Education Top International Schools in China 2019.
With 18 years' experience in IB education and teaching, she is very familiar with the implementation and requirements of different international curriculums. Through the valuable international education experience, she is equipped with a holistic view of top-level design, unique creativity and a comprehensive international vision.
Linlin Yang has made unique achievements in personalized education. She believes that the value of education is awakening the potential in every child, and helping them to find their special mission.
Over the past decade, the leadership course that she led which aimed at cultivating students to win the future, not only enabled students to become ambitious and fully prepared for the future, but also gained a wide range of social influence and high parents’ recognition.
As an experienced and creative bilingual Educator and Administrator, she is well versed in the pains and difficulties of the integration of Chinese and Western education. She emphasizes the importance of mother tongue in determining the height of thinking and identity, and also emphasizes the effective development of children's growth thinking in an immersive English environment.
She has been working on how to equip students with a solid foundation and transform their knowledge into a source and support for innovative ideas that will help students achieve full development and gain the ability to win in the future. Her students spread all over the world’s top university.
Linlin Yang is an empathetic leader; she believes that truly high-performance leaders must have high emotional intelligence at the same time, and a truly complete education is not only the education of the mind, but also the cultivation and communication of the heart.
